Our Returns & Exchanges Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of the delivery date. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products are non-returnable (see section below).
Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Request
Within 15 days of delivery, please email our support team at [email protected] with the following information. You can use the template provided below to ensure we have all necessary details.
Step 2: Await Authorization & Instructions
Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your return. Please do not send any items back without an RMA number.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package, and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Step 4: Inspection & Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you via email about the status of your refund or exchange.
- Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed (see section below for timing).
- Exchanges: If the requested size/colour is in stock, we will ship it to you promptly using the shipping method chosen in your original order.

Refund Timing & Method
Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days. The timing of the refund’s appearance in your account depends on your payment provider:
- Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds are issued to the original card used for purchase. It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected on your statement, depending on your bank.
- PayPal: Refunds are issued to your original PayPal account. The funds typically appear within 24-48 hours after we process the refund.
We will notify you via email once the refund has been initiated.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the safety and integrity of our products for all our creators and adventurers, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Ink & Ink Pens: Due to hygiene reasons and the potential for contamination, all ink products and pens are non-returnable once purchased.
- Graffiti Stickers: As a consumable, personalised, or easily replicable art supply, all sticker products are final sale.
- Personalised or Used Items: Any item that has been personalised, used, altered, or is not in its original condition with tags attached.
Exceptions will be made for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us immediately if this occurs.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
