Shipping Information
We ship globally (excluding some remote regions and parts of Asia). All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before dispatch.
Shipping Methods & Times
- Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
You will receive a tracking notification via email once your order is on its way. Please note that delivery times are estimates and can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your tools for creation and exploration. If something isn’t right, our straightforward returns process is designed to resolve it respectfully and promptly.
Key Policy Points:
- Returns and exchanges are accepted for most items within 15 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- For exchanges, we cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, email our support team at [email protected]. Use the template below to provide all necessary details.
- Await Authorization: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Do not send items back without an RMA.
- Ship Your Return: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside and ship to the address provided. We strongly recommend using a trackable service.
- Inspection & Processing: Once received and inspected, we will email you regarding the status of your refund or exchange. Exchanges are shipped promptly if the requested item is in stock.

Refund Timing & Method
Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days. How it appears depends on your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds are issued to your original card. It may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
- PayPal: Refunds are issued to your original PayPal account. Funds typically appear within 24-48 hours after we process the refund.
You will receive an email notification once we initiate the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure safety, hygiene, and integrity for all our creators and adventurers, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Ink & Ink Pens: Due to hygiene reasons and the potential for contamination.
- Graffiti Stickers: As a consumable and easily replicable art supply.
- Personalised or Used Items: Any item that has been personalised, used, altered, or is not in its original condition with tags attached.
Exception: We will make exceptions for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping.
